UI Upgrades
We are more than happy to announce a new general feel to Apex 4 Kids. We are now embracing an upgraded design; this design includes some new colors, new shapes, etc! The goal is also to make information more accessible and quicker. Additionally, we think kids will love this upgrade.
As always, we would love to hear your thoughts on this.

Status Page
We understand that when technology is involved, stuff can happen; it happens to everyone.
In an attempt to make any issues with our site more visible to users who may be affected by them, we have created a status page. This can be seen by opening the chat widget in the product or by going here.
We are so excited to announce the release of our desktop app for Mac, Windows and Linux! This will be a new way to access Apex 4 Kids, and great for kids with limited internet access.
You can download the app by clicking here. We are more than excited to hear your feedback, and as always are available to answer any questions you may have.
We are so excited to announce that we now have support for 11 languages inside of our membership site! These languages include;
- Arabic
- Chinese (simplified)
- Dutch
- English
- French
- German
- Italian
- Portuguese
- Russian
- Spanish
These changes will reflect crosssite, and your browser should remember your language preference during future visits!
Additionally, we are always looking to expand into more & more countries. If you have a specific language you would like to be added, please reach out (support@apex4kids.com) and we will look into adding it!
Our enhanced community experience is now
rolled out
to all of our members! We can't wait for you to see all of the exciting new updates that are in store with this release; some of the most notable updates include;- The return of groups; make groups about interests and share them with friends inside of Apex 4 Kids! Network with likeminded people by joining groups you have an interest in.
- We now have support for several new post options, including videos, polls, audio, photos, gifs (powered by Giphy - all gif's are G rated) and more!
- We have added support for friends! Everyone is automatically friends with Caleb, and you can send a friend request to anyone. This is a great way to get to know people.
- We have added icons/badges that will be present on posts, profiles, and more to indicate if someone is on the Apex 4 Kids team (it will show a verified checkmark if they are). If someone claims to be from our team, and doesn't have the checkmark, chances are, they aren't!
- We've added additional ways to see what other's are learning from Apex 4 Kids! Some of these ways include a post on the stream every-time someone finishes a course -- not lessonand a courses tab on every members profile which shows their progress; you can choose to hide this if you would like.
Unfortunately, at this time we are not able to release chat features beyond our support chat due to privacy concerns. If you would like to interact with a member, we encourage you to interact through the community.
Additionally, we fixed a handful of bugs that were present in the community. We are more committed than ever to maintaining all of these new features, and ensuring it's a safe place for kids to interact. We can't wait to hear your feedback and highly encourage you to engage in this community. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our concierge team.

Video progression
A bug was reported, that a sub-set of users going through certain courses were running into issues progressing to the next video. A patch has been put into place.
Now, a video will automatically be marked complete, as soon as you move to the next lesson. We don't know if this feature is permanent, and your feedback would be appreciated! Let us know if you prefer this or the old way.
